Availability, the likely work and the pricing basis are discussed before attendance where possible. Chargeable work is carried out only after the customer or an authorised representative approves it. Any material change to the agreed work or price requires further approval.

Authority and identification

Customers requesting entry, lock changes or security work must have authority to do so. We may request identification or other evidence of authority before work begins.

Emergency situations

Where anyone is in immediate danger, or a crime has just occurred, contact the emergency services first. Locksmith attendance and arrival times depend on engineer availability, location, traffic and job details.
